I can't access the Stelar game. What should I do?

⚠️ First of all, it is important to reinforce that, for the proper functioning of the game, it is necessary that your internet connection is adequate and the device (mobile/computer) is in good working condition.

If your game is still not working or if you receive an error message, you can solve the problem by clearing the cache and cookies and even opening it in an incognito tab!

 

How to clear the cache?

The method for clearing the cache is different for each browser and device:

ON MOBILE

  • Safari (iOS): go to Settings > search for the "Safari" app, tap on the "Clear History and Website Data" option, and then on "Clear All".
  • Android System: go to Android settings, swipe down to the "Device" option, and click on "Apps". Select your default internet browser app and click on the "Clear cache" option.

ON COMPUTER/NOTEBOOK

In your browser, use the shortcut Ctrl + H to access the "history". Then, click on "clear browsing data" in the side menu, on the left corner of the screen. Finally, select the "cookies and other site data" option and click on "clear data".
