It's an obvious tip, but worth reinforcing.
⚠️ It is necessary that your internet connection is adequate and your device (cell phone/computer) is in good working order.
If your game is still not working or if you receive an error message, you can try resolving the issue by clearing your cache and cookies. The method for doing this is different for each browser and device.
BY CELL PHONE
- Safari (iOS): go to Settings > search for the "Safari" app, tap on "Clear History and Website Data" and then on "Clear All".
- Android System: go to Android settings, scroll down to "Device" and click on "Apps". Select your default internet browser app and click on "Clear cache".
BY COMPUTER/NOTEBOOK
In your browser, use the shortcut Ctrl + H to access the "history". Then, click on "clear browsing data" in the sidebar menu, on the left side of the screen. Finally, select the option "cookies and other site data" and click on "clear data".
